What you will do:

- Work closely with other professionals, fostering partnerships that enhance support for adults in the community.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- A Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker, showcasing your ability to handle diverse cases and make impactful decisions effectively.
