What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities to identify their social care needs.
- Develop, implement, and review care plans to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each service user.
- Work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to provide effective, integrated service delivery.
- Advocate on behalf of service users to ensure access to services and support tailored to their unique needs.
- Keep accurate records and documentation in line with statutory guidelines and policies.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with other professionals.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent in social work and a current registration with Social Work England. Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker is essential, but most importantly, you should have a passion for driving positive change for people with learning disabilities.
