What you will do:

Manage a complex caseload of adults with diverse needs, including older people, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.
Undertake and oversee Care Act 2014 assessments, reviews, and support planning, ensuring person-centred and strengths-based approaches.
Lead and contribute to safeguarding enquiries (Section 42), ensuring effective risk management and protection of vulnerable adults.
Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Person Specification:

Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent).
Evidence of continued professional development.
Post-qualifying training (desirable).
Registered with Social Work England with compliance knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Safeguarding Adults procedures.
Enhanced DBS clearance.
