What you will do:
- Provide dedicated support to families affected by substance misuse, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and guidance.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with families to promote positive outcomes and recovery.
- Work closely with community agencies and healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support network for families.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements for the role of Thriving Families Worker:
- Recent and relevant experience in fields such as Substance Misuse, Addiction, or Recovery is essential. Experience with Needle Exchange or closely related areas is highly desirable.
- Possession of relevant qualifications or certifications related to substance misuse or family support would be an advantage.
