Job Details:
- Pay: £13.26 per hour
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm
- Duration: Temporary to permanent
Job Role: The Administrator will work as part of a small office team, providing reliable customer service and administrative support. This Administrator position will involve responding to and processing email enquiries, handling queries and complaints, and building positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous Administrator or customer service experience within an office environment
- A professional approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- GCSEs, or equivalent qualifications, at grade C or above in English and Maths
- Ability to communicate professionally while carrying out Administrator responsibilities
