Administrative Assistant
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Full-time office based
We are recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a busy team in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and teams.
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support general office administration and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' administrative experience.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.
- Right to work in the UK.
Ideal Background
We're particularly interested in candidates who have supported busy teams, someone who has worked within HR/People functions, or held demanding PA/Executive Assistant positions with extensive diary and stakeholder management responsibilities would also be of interest.
