Account Manager - Hair care

We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join an established and growing business within the professional hair and beauty sector, taking responsibility for developing customer relationships and driving commercial growth across East Anglia

This is a field-based, relationship-led sales role suited to someone who enjoys being out with customers, developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to win new business.

As Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of customers across your territory while proactively developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing existing customer accounts

• Building strong, long-term relationships with salons and industry professionals

• Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the territory

• Growing account spend through effective relationship management and commercial activity

• Promoting the company's portfolio of professional hair and beauty products and services

• Managing your territory effectively and working towards agreed sales targets

• Identifying market trends, customer needs and opportunities for growth

• Maintaining accurate customer and sales information

• Representing the business professionally within the local hair and beauty market

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercial, proactive and naturally strong at building relationships.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in Account Management, Territory Sales or Business Development

• Experience within professional hair, beauty, salon, cosmetics or a related consumer sector

• A proven ability to develop existing accounts and generate new business

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A commercially focused and target-driven approach

• Excellent organisation and territory-management skills

• The confidence to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team

• A genuine interest in the professional hair and beauty industry
