Project Manager in Redhill, South East

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established packaging business in their search for a Project Manager to work in Redhill

Job Details:

• Pay: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE)
• Hours of Work: 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Job Role: As a Project Manager, you will lead the management of complex projects from concept through to successful delivery. You’ll maintain detailed project documentation, coordinate seamlessly across departments, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing production instructions, hosting internal and client-facing meetings, and supporting general business operations.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing company 
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient IT, administrative, and documentation skills
• Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently using initiative and sound judgment

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Experience in Print Management or Commercial Print (Highly Desirable)
