Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate maintenance from initial enquiry to invoicing.
• Review and provide recommendations on third-party property visits.
• Manage all compliance certification post move-in.
• Handle end-of-tenancy processes, including serving legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions, and negotiating deposit returns.
• Resolve general tenant and landlord enquiries promptly.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to tenants, landlords, contractors, and colleagues.

The Person

• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience as a Property Manager.
• Strong understanding of residential lettings and relevant legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships while remaining assertive and empathetic.
• Organised, resilient, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Independent, proactive, and focused on achieving the best outcomes for all parties.
