If you’re a qualified delivery manager with expertise in a non-statutory setting and a knack for handling complex and high-risk caseloads, this role is tailor-made for you! What you will do:

Lead and manage a staff team, coordinating casework with children and their families.
Oversee a caseload inclusive of complex and higher risk cases to support family independence and well-being.
Act as the Family Help Lead Practitioner, maintaining and enhancing casework quality.
Fulfil the responsibilities of the Partnership Manager when they are unavailable.
Work within a multidisciplinary management team to contribute to a fully integrated service.
Support the strategic and operational development of the Family Hub.
