Onboarding Coordinator - Hybrid in Doncaster, Yorkshire And The Humber

We have an excellent opportunity to join an expanding market leader as an Onboarding Coordinator, working in a fast-moving environment in Doncaster where you will develop strong relationships with our Partners, managing the end-to-end process of onboarding new partners to our Supply Chain.
In this role, you will be required to work one day a week at their Doncaster office and during your probation period, you would be expected to work daily at the offices, so this must be a commutable for you.
About the role
As Onboarding Coordinator you will be mainly onboarding new suppliers, dealing with contract paperwork and having the challenging conversations with suppliers if they want to negotiate or make amendments to the Terms and Conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary pint of contact for Partners during the onboarding process
- Providing an end-to-end onboarding service for Partners ensuring all aspects of the process are accurately and efficiently executed
- Reviewing contractual documents to ensure compliance and negotiate amendments with Partners regarding the terms and conditions and follow up on any queries
- Dealing with contractual queries including the negotiating and challenging of issues surrounding terms and conditions and agreeing/proposing any amendments that meet both the Partner and client needs mitigating any risk to the business
- Hosting and conducting demo sessions of Partner Insights systems for new Partners
About the rewards
This position of Onboarding Coordinator is a full-time permanent role, with an attractive salary of circa £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression.
About you
To be successful for the role of Onboarding Coordinator, you must be / have:
- Proven working experience in a similar role
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review and analyse Partner documentation
- Sound understanding of contract and legal terminology
- Ability to be resourceful, resilient and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Able to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
- Ability to build good relationships with partners
- Self-motivation and flexible in work approach
- Confidence to have challenging conversations with Partners
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and agree suitable compromises
