Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN) – Solihull

Salary: Up to £570 per week
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

A highly regarded secondary school in Solihull is seeking a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. Working as a teacher assisant is a fantastic way to gain valuable hands-on experience working with students who have a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

You will work alongside experienced teaching staff and the school's SEN department to provide tailored support to individual students and small groups. Your role will be instrumental in helping students engage with learning, build confidence, and develop key social and emotional skills within a supportive and inclusive environment.

What’s on offer:

• Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP

• Working hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

• Earn up to £570 per week (term-time only)

Key Responsibilities:
