About the Position

Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage bookings, deliveries, and daily enquiries
Support hospitality service in lounge, bar, and dining areas
Assist with social events and community activities
Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness across all communal areas
Liaise with maintenance and housekeeping teams
Clean UK driving licence required

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in luxury hospitality or residential settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Understanding of Health & Safety and security principles
Full, clean UK driving licence
