Executive Head Housekeeper – Luxury 5* Hotel, London

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Head Housekeeper to lead a housekeeping team at a prestigious 5* hotel in the heart of London. With over 200 bedrooms and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, this is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and maintain world-class standards across the property.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage a large housekeeping team, ensuring operational excellence across all areas including guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across all areas of the hotel.
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, training programs, and quality control systems to ensure consistent excellence.
Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement for housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Collaborate closely with other departmental heads to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and luxury brand standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a luxury hotel environment, preferably 5* or equivalent.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Knowledge of luxury hotel operations, budgeting, and staff training programs.
