Registered Nursing Home Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

Are you an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager seeking a new opportunity in the Birmingham area. At Flourish Medical, we are representing an established Residential Nursing Home who are seeking a new Manager who really wants to make a difference to their residents and their families.

As a Nursing Home Manager your duties will include:

• Ensuring the highest standards of care, comfort and security is provided at all times.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC protocol and legislation.
• Managing a multi-disciplinary team with responsibility for staff development to ensure patient care is delivered to an exceptional standard.
• Developing strong internal and external relationships.

Skills and experience essential to the role of Nursing Home Manager:

• Current NMC registration (Active NMC pin).
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a Nursing home setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge
• Experience in budget, resource and strategy management

This Nursing Home Manager position with benefit from:

• A competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000

This role is based in Birmingham, easily commutable from Wolverhampton, Dudley, Solihull, Coventry and the wider West Midlands area.
