Resort Manager - Luxury Property, Bali in Indonesia

We are delighted to have been retained by this well-established Hotel Group, to assist in their search for a Resort Manager for this beautiful luxury property in Bali!

This RM role would suit a grounded, visionary leader who balances commercial focus with brand storytelling, community integration, and people development.

Resort Manager role in brief:

• Lead all aspects of resort operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Champion sustainability, wellness, and community engagement in every decision.
• Drive commercial success through thoughtful, sustainable revenue strategies and innovation.
• Inspire and nurture a passionate team that embodies the Resort’s spirit
• Represent the resort with authenticity in guest, media, and owner relations.

Experience, skills & attributes required for the role:

• Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury resort environment in region.
• Proven track record in eco-luxury, wellness, or experiential resorts.
• Deep appreciation for local culture, nature, and community-driven hospitality.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a flair for storytelling and brand experience.
• Inspirational leader: empathetic, creative, nourishing, hands-on, and emotionally intelligent.
• Exposure to wellness or regenerative travel operations will be a strong advantage.
