What you will do:

Independently review Looked After Children Reviews, Secure Accommodation Reviews, Child Sexual Exploitation meetings, and Missing from Care meetings in line with statutory requirements and local authority guidance.
Ensure that all meetings are conducted effectively and outcomes are actioned to improve children's welfare and safety.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to promote and safeguard the welfare of children, ensuring that all practices align with the regulatory framework.
Maintain accurate and timely records of reviews and meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Provide expert guidance and support to the team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.
