What You'll Do

Lead with Vision

Drive Commercial Success

  • Lead your team to surpass sales targets through strategic, client-focused initiatives.

  • Build and maintain exceptional client relationships through expert-level clienteling.

Deliver Luxury Experiences

  • Ensure every client receives a warm, personal, and memorable service.
  • Resolve any issues with discretion and elegance.
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and in-store experience.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, from stock management to health & safety.
  • Maintain immaculate visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage store administration and ensure security of assets and team wellbeing.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience in premium or luxury retail management.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and client development.
