Performance Operations Manager – Ireland (12-month Fixed Term Contract) €75,000 + Car

A leading opportunity for a high-calibre Performance Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and business growth across multiple sites in Ireland. This executive role will set direction for commercial performance, people development, and guest satisfaction, delivering measurable impact at both strategic and operational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide decisive leadership to multi-site teams, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and high performance.
• Manage and mentor talent pipelines across Ireland and Northern Ireland, ensuring robust succession planning and staff development at all levels.
• Optimise revenue and cost performance, leveraging deep commercial acumen to identify new growth opportunities and efficiencies.
• Champion guest experience, maintaining best-in-class standards for service delivery.
• Oversee all aspects of operational performance, including compliance, health & safety, scheduling, and service standards.

Profile & Experience

• Demonstrated track record in senior leadership of fast-paced, guest-centric, multi-site operations.
• In-depth understanding of the Irish market, ideally with experience interfacing with UK-based leadership or corporate stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, balanced with a collaborative, people-centric approach to management.
• Evidence of sound decision-making, problem-solving, and successful team building.
• Advanced interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across all business levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Irish locations to maximise operational impact.
