What you will do:

- Hold a small but significant caseload of complex cases, allowing you to draw on your expertise and make influential impacts in families’ lives.
- Support and model practice for ASYE practitioners and less experienced social workers, sharing your wisdom and guiding them towards success.
- Assist the team manager with key performance indicators and other pivotal tasks, ensuring the team runs smoothly and effectively.
- Engage with our contextual safeguarding teams, court teams, early help services, and a host of community-based organisations to deliver comprehensive support to Lambeth residents.
