Team Manager (Social Work) - Fostering Team in Camden, UK - £45.20 Hourly for a 3-month locum position. This full-time role involves leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality services for children and young people. What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Fostering & Permanence Team to maintain and enhance service quality.
• Prepare the team and service for inspections to ensure compliance and excellence.
• Influence social work practice through professional leadership and multi-agency collaboration.
• Act as a specialist advisor on Fostering and Permanence for Looked After Children.
• Contribute to the development of relevant policy and services.
• Utilise statutory, community, voluntary, and independent resources in line with legislation and policy for better outcomes.
• Engage with colleagues in a supportive environment praised by Ofsted for outstanding leadership.
