Exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse with the Enhanced Recovery Team based at the Old Town Hall, Catford Road, London. This locum position offers a £27 hourly rate and spans a period of 3 months. Dive into a full-time role Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, as you make a substantial difference in the community. If you are an experienced registered CPN, Band 6, your expertise is urgently required.

What you will do:

Deliver mental health services in community settings, maintaining high standards of care.
Coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring effective planning and execution.
Conduct placement reviews and participate in on-ward referrals.
Engage in joint MDT reviews and conduct assessments of new clients to triage their needs.
Manage safeguarding concerns and devise effective care plans.
Implement risk management strategies and provide low-level interventions, such as sleep hygiene and psychoeducation.
Navigate tribunals and oversee medication management.
Collaborate with your team efficiently, contributing to discharge planning and attending ward rounds.
Conduct home visits and liaise with families and carers to ensure holistic care.
Fulfill duty responsibilities at least once a week, maintaining client-focused service delivery.
