General Manager – Destination Japanese Restaurant (New Opening, London)

We’re delighted to be supporting the launch of a new destination Japanese restaurant in London and are now seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead this exciting opening and set the standard for its future success.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a brand-new concept in the capital – blending authentic Japanese culinary traditions with contemporary flair. We’re looking for a true leader with the vision, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit to make this restaurant one of London’s most talked-about destinations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full opening and ongoing operations of the restaurant.
Work closely with ownership to shape and deliver the long-term vision.
Drive the commercial success of the venue while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence at every level.
Support with future growth and additional openings across the brand.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager (or similar senior leadership role) in high-profile, high-volume restaurants.
A track record of successfully opening and operating destination venues.
Deep understanding of hospitality standards and exceptional guest service.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for growth and innovation.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive profitability without compromising quality.
