About Hawthorne Park SEN Academy - Graduate Learning Support Assistant

The Role – Graduate Learning Support Assistant
As a Graduate LSA, you will:

Provide academic and emotional support to pupils with additional needs.
Work 1:1 and with small groups, helping students build confidence and independence.

Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists to create a nurturing environment.

About You - Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education.
