Customer Contact Advisor

Location: Cambourne (flexible hybrid working after training)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:30, rota based)
Contract: Until 19th December 2025 (possibility of extension)
DBS: Basic check required

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Contact Advisors to join our clients team in Cambourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

You’ll start with on-site training at our Cambourne office, after which you will join our rota system and benefit from the flexibility of working from home on some days.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer service or a contact centre environment.
• Strong teamwork skills, ideally gained in a customer-focused setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade A–C or equivalent).
