What you will do:

  • Manage a caseload, providing evidence-based, person-centred assessments and interventions.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives focused on recovery and independence.
  • Support service users in achieving their recovery goals, promoting independence, and addressing physical health needs.
  • Liaise closely with local services and primary care providers to ensure holistic care.


Qualifications and experience required:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with a degree-level education.
  • Prior experience in mental health settings and multi-disciplinary team environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to work with complex and challenging service users.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise junior staff.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of integrated assessments, care planning, and risk assessment.
  • HCPC registration is essential.
  • Desirable qualifications include being a car owner and holding a current driving licence.
