Team Manager – Children With Disabilities in Ellesmere Port UK, £45 Hourly Ongoing
We are seeking an experienced Children With Disabilities Team Manager to provide interim cover to an established and stable Children With Disabilities team. Based in Ellesmere Port, this full-time position encompasses the entirety of Cheshire West and Chester. You will be working with children with complex disabilities across the continuum of social work, including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that consists of Social Workers, Support Workers, and a Senior Family Case Worker who oversees Family Case Workers managing cases at the Team Around the Family level.

What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Children With Disabilities team, providing guidance and support to Social Workers, Support Workers, and Family Case Workers.
- Oversee the delivery of services across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care cases, ensuring the highest standard of support for children and families.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for children with disabilities and their families.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure comprehensive support is provided.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet team and service goals.
