The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Managing commercial functions on a project or section of a project
• Preparing applications, reports, and reviewing incoming accounts
• Managing subcontractor accounts and supporting negotiations
• Contributing to the development of junior team members
• Supporting collaborative working and company procedures

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Strong experience in commercial roles within construction
• Detailed understanding of contract and subcontract terms
• Knowledge of construction techniques and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach
