Salary: Circa £70'000 per annum plus company car allowance

The Design Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading design consultant activities and ensuring timely delivery
• Chairing design reviews and managing interface meetings
• Ensuring compliance with contract and quality standards
• Managing design schedules, reporting, and document control
• Supporting change management and assurance processes

The Design Manager will have:

• Strong experience in both construction and design
• Minimum 12 months in a design consultancy or temporary works role
• Understanding of Principal Designer duties and ERIC principles
• Ability to deputise for the Project Manager when required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
