  • Lead a committed team of up to 14 practitioners, providing them with guidance and oversight in delivering essential services within the NRPF framework.
  • Oversee caseload allocation and ensure timely progression of cases, balancing statutory requirements with the best interest of children and families.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, forging strong partnerships that facilitate effective service delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality assessments and interventions, maintaining clear decision-making processes in complex cases.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development, conducting reflective supervision sessions to support professional growth among team members.
  • Maintain a robust focus on safeguarding, ensuring that risk assessments and management are consistently applied.
  • Manage and report on team performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and high standards of practice.
