What you will do:

- Chair independent annual and ad hoc fostering review meetings to assess the quality of care.
- Collaborate with the fostering team to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the social work foster care assessment process.
- Offer constructive feedback to improve practice that may not be delivering good outcomes.
- Provide independent evaluations of the strengths and weaknesses of foster carers and their support structures.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, statutory requirements, and local policies regarding fostering.
