My client, a leading provider or facilities services are on the hunt for an experienced Contract Director to lead the delivery of soft services within a healthcare setting. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that patients, staff, and visitors experience safe, compliant, and high-quality services every day

Key Responsibilities

• Lead soft service operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare, safety, and infection control standards.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the senior point of contact for service delivery.

• Manage budgets and resources effectively, achieving performance and financial targets.

Requirements

• Senior management experience in healthcare facilities, with soft FM contract management
