Assembly Operative in Telford, West Midlands

Whilst on your probation period the successful Assembly Operative are offered;
- Starting rate of £12.21- £13.00 per hour - Depending on experience
- Overtime is paid at time and a third
- 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday
- Temp-perm
- Free parking
Once you are full time with the company the Assembly Operative would receive;
- Overtime available at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday and double time Sunday
- 28 days holiday
- Annual Christmas shutdown paid in full

The role – Assembly Operative;
- Manufacturing windows and doors
- Wiring up electrical components
- Daily use of hand and power tools
- Working to specifications
- Checking the quality of the product before Assembly
- Completing paperwork
- Working in a small team environment
- Manual handling
What our client is looking for in an Assembly Operative;
- At least two years of electrical assembly experience within a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
- Someone who is mechanically minded
- Previous experience using hand and power tools - ESSENTIAL
