Delivery Enablement Coordinator in Irlam, North West

Our Client has a requirement for a Delivery Enablement Coordinator, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Irlam.
Role Purpose:
The Delivery Enablement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the readiness and successful delivery of fibre customer connections. Reporting into the Delivery & Enablement Manager, this role provides operational coordination across survey outputs, service desk tickets, partner systems, and internal delivery teams. You will act as a conduit between multiple departments to progress actions, remove blockers, and maintain visibility of in-flight connection tasks.
You will also be responsible for supporting service desk escalations, managing tickets across multiple systems, and working closely with planners, surveyors, and civils to ensure delivery targets are protected.
In periods of absence, you may be required to provide temporary cover for the Delivery Enablement Manager, maintaining visibility of key performance metrics and ensuring continuity of service.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Receive instruction and outputs from the survey team
- Progress required actions to relevant departments via ticketing systems
- Monitor outstanding actions and chase updates from relevant teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke solutions
- Keep internal systems updated with accurate notes, dates, and status
- Track resource allocation and flag gaps or blockers
- Attend internal and partner-facing update calls
- Manage service queries relating to RFS (Ready for Service) status
- Log and progress fault service requests as required
- Assign tickets to internal or external resources based on delivery need
- Maintain and update connection data in relevant systems e.g Agilfot
- Follow-up on all outstanding actions related to final connection delivery
- Ensure timely progression of tasks required to close orders
- Monitor and update SD (Service Desk) on delays and Estimated Completion Dates (ECDs)
- Support the Enablement Manager in preparing reports and providing operational updates
- Escalate blockers and SLA risks internally to planning, civils, and delivery
- Provide temporary leadership cover in periods of absence, maintaining visibility of key KPIs and liaising with stakeholders to ensure service continuity
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
- Strong coordination or operations background in telecoms or utilities
- Familiarity with order management, service desk tools, and escalation processes
- Confident communicator across teams and departments
- Experience updating and maintaining operational systems and trackers
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple actions in parallel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Previous experience in a delivery support, provisioning, planning or order coordination role
- Understanding of fibre infrastructure, Connections, and civils planning
