What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage the Emergency Duty Team to ensure the provision of high-quality social work services.

• Conduct assessments and deliver interventions as an Approved Mental Health Professional.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.

• Liaise with partner agencies to coordinate support and resources for service users.

• Manage short-term staffing solutions to maintain consistent service levels.
