About the Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in the classroom across various subjects

Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support to reinforce learning

Assist teachers with behaviour management and lesson delivery

Support students during practical tasks, projects, and classwork

Encourage engagement and help students overcome learning barriers
This role is ideal for graduates who are considering a future in teaching, educational outreach, SEND support, or youth work.
Who We’re Looking For

Hold a 2:1 degree or above in any subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages)

Have experience working with young people through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or similar roles
