Embark on a rewarding journey as a Locum Social Worker with our Hospital Discharge Team in vibrant Wandsworth, earning an attractive hourly rate of £28-£32. This role offers full-time hours of 36 hours per week with flexibility for remote work up to one or two times a week. With adults at the heart of your caseload, you will be handling 10-20 cases, providing essential social work services within the surrounding area of St Georges Hospital and Wandsworth Town Hall. This assignment extends over 12 weeks with the possibility to continue the adventure if needed.

Essential requirements:

  • Qualified social worker with relevant credentials and experience.
  • Registered with Social Work England, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience practising within adult social services, demonstrating expertise and compassion.
