What you will do:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical services within the Aseptic/Oncology unit, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately for oncology patients.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all medication therapies provided.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and legislation within a healthcare setting.

Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK-based NHS Pharmacy setting is essential.
- A valid Pharmacist qualification, such as an NVQ or equivalent, is required.
