What you will do:

- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services within Adult Social Care, focusing on strength-based and personalised care.
- Collaborate closely with Council colleagues and partners to ensure that person-centred outcomes are achieved efficiently.
- Adhere to organisational policy and legislative requirements including The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act.
- Play an active role in promoting and supporting the Council's policies and procedures for safeguarding.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of service users in all your duties and interactions.

Requirements:

- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required to ensure flexibility and efficiency in meeting the needs of service users across Medway.
