We are delighted to present a fantastic locum opportunity for a Band 6 Radiographer specialising in MRI, located in scenic Peterborough, UK. This position offers an attractive hourly rate of £26 and a contract length of 8 weeks, providing a great opportunity for flexibility and experience in your professional journey. The role will involve working 2 shifts (17:00-20:00) a week from Monday to Friday, and beginning 4th October, Saturday shifts from 07:45-20:00 will be available. You can start as soon as possible.

What you will do:
- Conduct a variety of MRI scans, ensuring high standards of practice and patient care.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, sharing observations and findings to provide comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procedures and workflows.
- Support patients through their MRI experience, offering guidance and reassurance to reduce any anxiety.
- Ensure all equipment is used and maintained effectively to comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements for the Radiographer:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Radiography.
- Recent and relevant experience in the UK as a Radiographer.
- Registration with the HCPC and a strong understanding of professional practice standards.
