As part of this unique opportunity, we are looking for three dedicated social workers to join our exceptional Children in Care service. This role comes with the flexibility of working from our Seaham office in Durham and home working. You'll be covering various vital needs such as long-term sickness and maternity leave, managing a caseload of 20-25 children. Your expertise and experience in working with children and understanding the looked after procedures and care planning regulations will be paramount.

What you will do:

- Hold and manage a caseload of 20-25 children in our care.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team, focusing on the welfare and development of children looked after.
- Implement understanding of looked after procedures and care planning regulations to ensure quality care.
- Engage with multi-agency partners to facilitate seamless service delivery for children and families.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet the individual needs of children, ensuring all statutory duties are met.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
