What you will do:
- Act as a technical authority in the Children & Families Team, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Assess and manage risk with precision and confidence, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Drive practice improvements by directly developing team members and actively participating in process mapping, procedure specification, and strategy development.
- Handle complex cases to maintain your credibility and experience within the field.
- Collaborate with Assistant Team Managers and Principal Social Workers to align with the core objectives of the Advanced Practitioner role.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience working within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
