Director of Studio Operations – Fitness franchise business

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
About the Role
My client is a brand-new Fitness concept coming to the UK. They are established internationally and are moving the franchise to England. They require a dynamic and driven Director of Studio Operations to oversee the growth, culture, and operations of the studios. This is a leadership role designed for a highly motivated individual who thrives in managing people, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience. The Operator will serve as both a business leader and cultural ambassador, setting the tone for the studios while ensuring operational excellence and long-term growth. This is a multi-faceted role that requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for health, fitness, and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day studio operations in alignment with company strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional client experiences that reflect the brand and service standards.
- Track and analyze performance through KPIs including sales, client retention, utilization, expenses, and payroll.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to drive new client acquisition and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, local fitness/wellness communities, partners, and influencers.
- Oversee staff and class scheduling to maximize efficiency and maintain service quality.
- Manage studio inventory including supplies, retail products, and beverages.
- Organize and host team meetings, staff training, and community-building events.
- Proactively address and resolve client inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
