Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer:

Monday to Friday – full-time, long-term role

Support across Humanities subjects – History, Geography, Religious Studies

Provide targeted interventions to help prepare students for GCSE exams
Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant – Your Role:

Support KS3 and KS4 students during Humanities lessons
-
Deliver small group and one-to-one sessions in History, Geography, or RS
-
Assist in planning and delivering engaging, thought-provoking lessons
-
Encourage critical thinking, debate, and curiosity in students

Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:
-
Minimum 2:1 degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, Politics, Philosophy, Sociology, etc.)

Passion for education and motivating young people

Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills

Experience working with young people (mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is beneficial

Positive, adaptable, and committed to making a difference
