Assistant General Manager – Quality-led Restaurant – Up to £47,000

I'm currently working with a fantastic, high-quality restaurant group with multiple sites across London. They’re now looking for a strong Assistant General Managerto join their team and help drive service, standards, and business performance at one of their flagship locations.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced AGM looking to take the next step in their career with a growing, supportive group that offers clear progression to General Manager.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as an AGM or strong Restaurant Manager ready to step up
Confident understanding of P&L
Passion for hospitality and delivering a first-class guest experience
Well-presented, professional, and naturally people-focused
Strong wine knowledge – WSET qualification preferred
Calm under pressure, with great leadership and team-building skills
