Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Build Recruitment are currently seeking an M&E Engineer for a static commercial maintenance position in London, near Soho.

This position offers a salary of £45,000.00 – £50,000.00, working 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Responsiblities of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineer:

• Leading and managing a team of engineers and contractors to deliver top-tier service

• Supporting PPM and reactive maintenance (emergency lighting testing, PAT testing, plumbing, water treatment remedials, servicing HVAC, and water systems)

• Conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments and method statements (RAMs), ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations

• Completing job sheets, quotes, and certifications using the Click system

About You as the Mechanical and Electrical Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Strong background within Mechanical & Electrical servicing & maintenance

• Able to carry out manual tasks, including working at heights and in confined spaces

• Flexible to cover general maintenance (basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
