Carpenter (Fire Doors)

Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Fire Door Carpenter for a job opportunity covering domestic properties covering North London.

This position will provide a van, fuel card, specialist tools and materials.

Responsibilities of the Carpenter (Fire Doors):

Completing planned and reactive buildng maintenance and repairs as a Carpenter.

• Perform inspections and repairs on wooden fixtures within domestic properties
• Install new wooden fixtures and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Kitchen and Bathroom fitting in new and void properties
• Repairs to windows, doors and partitions
• Covering other basic trades including painting, decorating, minor plumbing etc

About you as the Carpenter (Fire Doors):

• Carpentry or Woodwork trade certificates (required)
• Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
