Graduate Physics Teaching Assistant – Key Responsibilities

• Provide targeted academic support in Physics lessons
• Lead small-group work and 1:1 intervention sessions
• Collaborate with teachers to develop tailored support strategies
• Identify and address learning gaps
• Foster enthusiasm for Physics and encourage scientific curiosity

Graduate Physics Teaching Assistant - Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate graduate who:

• Holds a minimum 2:1 degree in Physics or a closely related subject (e.g., Engineering, Astrophysics, Natural Sciences)
• Has strong subject knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Possesses excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• Is genuinely committed to inspiring young learners
• Ideally has prior experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, school roles)
• Aspires to pursue teacher training or a career in education
