What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading from the front, inspiring and developing your team to deliver the best
- Owning standards across operations, service, and food quality
- Keeping on top of all compliance, H&S, and financial audits
- Managing staffing, stock, and logistics to keep service speedy and spot-on
- Bringing energy, proactivity, and a can-do attitude to every shift
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Assistant Manager (or Supervisor) in a high-volume, branded food business
- Confident leader who thrives under pressure
- Passion for developing people and delivering great guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp commercial mind
