The General Manager Role:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee operational excellence, ensuring all standards are met and exceeded
- Manage financial performance, including cost control and maximising profitability
- Ensure compliance with all H&S and operational audits
- Drive guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality food and service
- Plan and execute staffing and logistics to maintain speed without compromising quality
